Joe's Music has been published internationally on various labels including 12k/Line (NYC), Alku (Barcelona), Melange (Sendai) and Entr'acte (London) and he is co-creator of rand()%, an automated internet radio station, commissioned by The Media Centre, Huddersfield.

He has given talks and presentations about his work at galleries and festivals including Sonar (Barcelona), Cut & Splice (London), Dorkbot / Read_Me Software Art Festival (Åarhus), Sonic Acts (Amsterdam), Ultrasound (Huddersfield) and Lovebytes (Sheffield).

An important aspect of Joe's work is live performance. He has performed at festivals and art events across Europe, USA and Japan.

Joe is currently involved with several music-related collaborations: with Alex Peverett as Vend – with releases on Line; with Mark Fell and Mat Steel (Snd) as Blir (Raster Noton); and various collaborations with Alku, Ryoko Kuwajima, Jim Brouwer, Alex Peverett, George Rogers, Chris Gladwin and Richard Harrison.

He is also involved with a film screening event called Olsen with William Rose and Sarah Handley. Olsen regularly screens avant-garde and experimental film and video at the Hyde Park Picture House in Leeds.
